At Beltera we want you to be happy and love your garment as much as we have loved creating it for you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange the product for another one of the same price.

Bella Terra Firma will only accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.

You can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you purchased it. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Bespoke Embroidered Hats. 

Beltera does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing on any hand made or bespoke items. Please be sure of your design and sizing before placing your order.
